Klaus joined BOC South Pacific in 2016 after working for The Linde Group in Munich, Germany, for seven years as Head of Global Labour Law. He has extensive experience in labour law, personnel and organisational development, compensation and benefits, pensions, employee relations and all aspects of human resources policy.
Prior to joining The Linde Group, Klaus was Head of Labour Law, Social Law and HR Policy at Rheinmetall AG in Dusseldorf, Germany, and held various research positions at the University of Regensburg, Germany.
The HR Team led by Klaus in South Pacific covers the full range of HR services including Diversity, Talent Management, Vocational Training, HR Operations and Services, Remuneration & Benefits, Recruitment, Superannuation and Communications.
Klaus is an attorney at law and holds a PhD from the University of Regensburg and a certificat d’études européennes from the Institut Universitaire d’Etudes Européennes in Geneva, Switzerland.
